    A good choice of food at the breakfast, including coffee and cereals. Location close enough to a quiet area with good parking and excellent bus service into the city, bus connections and the centre of York by the Minster.

    Shared bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. Specifically, the sink was grubby. Not the most luxurious setup if you're after something bigger or closer to the city center.     Super cozy stay in a peaceful spot!

    Had a chill night in my budget room. It was super comfy, and I loved the picnic area outside, perfect for grabbing some fresh air. Ray was really cute and even gave me tips on where to explore. Just wish the shared bathroom was kept a bit cleaner. But all in all, nice vibe here!

    The Budget Single Room was comfy with a super cozy bed. I loved how quiet it was, perfect for winding down after a busy day. Plus, the view outside gave off such a nice local vibe with greenery and birds chirping. Ray and his son were really helpful, too.

    Such a peaceful stay with a lovely host! The breakfast was good (especially the fresh pastries!) and the garden area provided a great spot to unwind. Close to a bus stop made exploring the city easy!
